Responsibilities
- Design and develop performant, scalable frontend systems for real-time, high-traffic applications.
- Own frontend architecture and implement best practices for code quality, performance, and accessibility.
- Ship production-grade code that improves user flows, speed, and cross-platform stability.
- Lead design and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote technical excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver intuitive features.
- Improve design systems, tooling, and frontend infrastructure.
- Investigate and resolve complex bugs and performance bottlenecks across browsers and devices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience building modern frontend applications with React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including browser behavior and rendering performance.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and data structures and algorithms.
- Experience delivering performant, responsive, and accessible interfaces at scale.
- Proficiency writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end frontend test suites.
- Experience mentoring teammates and leading technical discussions.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, data-informed decision-making, and communication skills.
- Good verbal and written English proficiency.
