Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and support complex Workday integrations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, and PICOF.
  • Build secure and scalable integrations using SOAP, REST APIs, OAuth, XML, and XSLT.
  • Support Workday tenant management, security configurations, authentication policies, and release activities.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, IT, and external vendors to deliver business processes and data flows.
  • Troubleshoot integration and system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to third-party AMS partners and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to integration standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with globally distributed teams across regions and time zones.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Developer.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Workday integration solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder, PECI, PICOF, Workday Web Services, Workday Reporting, XML, XSLT, OAuth Authentication, Authentication Policies, Tenant Management, and Workday Business Process Configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Mandatory Workday Pro Integrations Certification.
