Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance software components for identity onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Build services for importing, synchronizing, and provisioning users, groups, roles, entitlements, and access policies.
- Participate in major development projects, solution design, implementation, code reviews, prototyping, and performance tuning.
- Work with QA to define and implement comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop connectors to on-premises and cloud applications with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with Product, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment scope.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, analyze logs, and resolve bugs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Java.
- Experience with data stores, including relational databases.
- Experience with directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and systems operating at scale.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with caching, asynchronous processing, multithreading, and test-driven development.
- Preferred: knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, Microsoft Azure management APIs, ADFS, Office 365, or Microsoft Directory Synchronization Tool.
