Responsibilities
- Plan and implement the team’s cloud migration.
- Design, guide, and maintain solution architecture and manage technical debt.
- Improve the service’s technical quality, maintainability, and operability.
- Support the resolution of production issues.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Guide the team’s technical direction while contributing to hands-on software development.
- Develop and improve practices for the responsible use of AI-assisted software tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience in modern software development and the ability to guide technical choices and development practices.
- Experience with application cloud modernization and designing and implementing solution architectures.
- Experience developing Java applications and Spring Boot-based services.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and operating production-critical services in Azure.
- Experience improving software quality, maintainability, and security as part of team practices.
- Experience using AI-based software tools and continuously improving development practices.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and expert networks, resolve dependencies, and drive initiatives forward.
- Experience with React and TypeScript and evaluating software quality at the user-interface layer is considered an advantage.
