Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, and execution for strategic products and enterprise platforms.
- Translate business priorities into scalable, secure, supportable technology solutions and define target-state architecture.
- Lead product and platform modernization initiatives focused on Azure adoption, engineering standardization, and maintainability.
- Drive architecture decisions across applications, data, integrations, security, resilience, observability, and support models.
- Champion modern engineering practices and platform design patterns across the technology organization.
- Introduce and scale AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, and agentic capabilities within enterprise products and workflows.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers and improve the quality of architecture and engineering decisions.
- Write code, build prototypes, and produce working reference implementations to validate ideas and establish engineering standards.
- Partner with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps and delivery priorities.
Requirements
- Significant experience in senior technology leadership, enterprise architecture, or product and platform engineering roles.
- Proven track record of building products or platforms from the ground up and scaling them into production.
- Strong experience leading architecture and delivery of enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Deep expertise with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Azure services, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
- Strong architecture experience with microservices, API-led architecture, event-driven systems, distributed systems, integration architecture, cloud security and governance, scalability, resilience, and operability.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled product development, intelligent workflow solutions, agentic patterns, enterprise automation, and governed AI deployment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence technology and business leadership.
- Experience in large, global, multi-team technology environments, platform modernization, cloud transformation, enterprise integration, engineering standards, governance, and architecture best practices is preferred.
- Hands-on financial services technology experience, particularly alternative investments, fund administration, hedge fund platforms, or capital markets systems, is a plus.
- Familiarity with NAV calculation, fund accounting, investor reporting, KYC/AML, or LP/GP portal systems is advantageous.
