Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern front-end technologies.
- Build secure, high-quality production code supporting business-critical applications.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and align development with engineering standards.
- Use authorized AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, and delivery while validating quality, security, and compliance.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, uncover issues, and improve applications and systems.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices, automation, CI/CD, resiliency, and secure development practices.
- Lead modules, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical communities of practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall software engineering experience focused on Java-based enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React and related front-end technologies.
- Experience with system design, application development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and operational stability in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application development, modern software architectures, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and secure software development.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI-generated outputs for quality, performance, and security.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Preferred qualifications include technical-team leadership, software-engineer mentoring, AI-enabled engineering practices, software delivery automation, scalable and highly available application development, cloud-native solutions, and financial services or regulated-industry experience.
