Base Salary
$81k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, and modern front-end technologies.
- Build, secure, maintain, debug, and improve high-quality production applications for critical business operations.
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and align development with engineering standards.
- Use authorized AI-assisted development tools and validate their outputs for quality, performance, security, and compliance.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, uncover issues, and drive improvements.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices, automation, resiliency, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
- Lead application modules, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and support technical communities of practice.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React and related front-end technologies.
- Proven experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining applications in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application development and modern software architectures.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and secure software development.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI-generated outputs.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Prior technical-team leadership and software-engineering mentoring experience is preferred.
- Experience with scalable, resilient, highly available applications, software architecture patterns, cloud-native solutions, or financial services and regulated industries is preferred.
