Base Salary
$81k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, SQL, React, and modern front-end technologies.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and align development with engineering standards.
- Build secure, high-performing, resilient, and highly available production software for business-critical operations.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and validate generated outputs for quality, performance, security, and compliance.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, uncover issues, and drive application and system improvements.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices, automation, resiliency, and secure software development standards.
- Lead application modules, provide technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience building modern web applications with React and related front-end technologies.
- Proven experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining applications in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application development and modern software architectures.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and secure software development practices.
- Experience using AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI-generated outputs.
- Strong communication, analytical, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Prior experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers is preferred.
- Experience with scalable resilient enterprise applications, software architecture patterns, cloud-native solutions, or financial services and regulated industries is preferred.
