Base Salary
$173k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop new hardware and software security features and update existing product security features.
- Perform vulnerability and risk assessments, threat analysis, and security code reviews.
- Identify remediation for security risks and vulnerabilities and respond to product security incidents.
- Assist customers with product security-related issues.
- Develop and deploy security training and tools that support secure product development.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and influence broader organizational decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of Security Engineering or related experience; alternatively, a master's degree with 3+ years or a PhD with 2+ years.
- Preferred master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Preferred 3+ years of Security Engineering or related experience.
- Preferred 2+ years of programming experience with languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or System Verilog.
- Strong verbal and written communication, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
