Responsibilities

Assemble and integrate the software and hardware comprising SoundHound’s solutions.
Create and lead integration test strategies for the agentic platform, including functional, performance, stability, and endurance testing.
Establish quality metrics, acceptance criteria, risk profiles, and up-to-date test reporting.
Coordinate with engineering and integration teams to address issues, deliver product versions, and manage system updates and testing phases.
Support automotive partners with product questions and integration challenges across audio processing, agentic frameworks, agent development, and infrastructure.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues, provide partner-side fixes when possible, and escalate detailed analyses and actionable feedback to engineering.
Collaborate with Technical Program Management, Engineering, and Product teams on system improvements, feature requests, and emerging customer needs.

5+ years of software engineering experience, including DevOps.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Linux, Python, and C++.
Knowledge of AI technologies.
Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic international environment.
Strong software engineering, operations, testing, troubleshooting, communication, and partner-support skills.
