Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Onboard customers to our suite of models with hands-on guidance.
- Collaborate with Sales and BD teams on complex customer projects.
- Act as a central hub connecting go-to-market, engineering, and research teams.
- Create reusable technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Translate customer technical feedback into actionable product insights.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of generative AI and experience with generative deep learning models.
- Track record of working directly with customers and providing tailored support.
- Proficiency in Python and understanding of API integrations.
- Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messages for different stakeholders.
