Responsibilities
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
- Translate enterprise customer requirements into scalable, performant, and maintainable Dash0 implementations
- Develop and execute proofs of concept highlighting Dash0's technical capabilities
- Deliver technical demos and presentations to engineering and executive audiences
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Provide guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design
- Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates
- Partner with Product Management to provide technical insights for roadmap and feature priorities
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing
- Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices
- Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and proofs of concept that demonstrate business value
- Strong communication skills for explaining observability concepts to engineering and executive audiences
- Experience with HubSpot is a nice-to-have
- Technical content contributions, familiarity with the CNCF ecosystem, and experience in a high-growth venture-backed startup are nice-to-haves
