Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated testing frameworks for data-driven solutions.
- Perform Playwright and Python automation using scalable frameworks, Pytest, fixtures, parameterization, and data-driven testing.
- Automate REST API tests and validate HTTP behavior, JSON payloads, authentication, errors, and responses.
- Conduct SQL-based backend testing, database validation, data reconciliation, and integrity checks.
- Automate functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test scenarios.
- Plan tests, design test cases, manage defects, debug failures, perform root-cause analysis, and produce detailed reports.
- Test LLM and RAG applications for prompt validity, response accuracy, hallucinations, citations, and output consistency.
- Use analytics, statistical techniques, C++, R, machine learning, and neural networks for data analysis and predictive work.
- Collaborate on data pipelines and workflows, build visualizations, and troubleshoot data quality issues.
- Support client engagements with technical guidance and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's and master's degrees are required.
- At least 4 years of experience is required.
- Oral and written English proficiency is required.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Playwright automation using Python, Pytest, Page Object Model, fixtures, parameterization, and data-driven testing is required.
- Experience with Python Requests, Pytest, Postman, HTTP methods, status codes, headers, JSON payloads, authentication, error handling, and API response validation is required.
- Strong SQL proficiency for complex joins, stored procedures, database validation, reconciliation, and data integrity testing is required.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing is required.
- Knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle management, debugging, root-cause analysis, Git-based version control, code reviews, reporting, and automation coding standards is required.
- Hands-on experience testing LLM and generative AI applications, including RAG systems, is required.
- Experience using Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot for automation and engineering work is valued.
