Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and other teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Development Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating and improving software design and implementation.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and iterative delivery processes.
- Ability to use modern software frameworks and tools to build scalable applications.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
