Responsibilities
- Embed with business desks to learn existing workflows and pain points.
- Run structured discovery sessions to identify processes suited for AI redesign.
- Design and build working prototypes with desk teams based on real feedback.
- Map current state processes and recommend AI-native workflow changes.
- Transition validated prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Contribute reusable skills and workflows to the firm-wide skills catalog.
- Act as a liaison between business desks and AI Innovation teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technology or process transformation roles.
- Background in financial services, particularly in asset-based finance.
- Experience as a forward deployed engineer or solutions engineer.
- Strong skills in process and workflow design.
- Knowledge of modern AI technologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
