Responsibilities
- Prototype and ship full-stack features from user experience through backend logic and prompt design.
- Design and integrate LLM agent workflows into intuitive customer-facing product experiences.
- Translate customer feedback and usage signals into iterative product improvements.
- Make pragmatic architecture decisions across frontend, backend, and LLM integration layers.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining production-grade quality.
- Collaborate with the team in person in Berlin.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack TypeScript skills covering user interfaces, APIs, and data layers.
- Demonstrated experience prompting, tuning, and integrating LLMs into real products through shipped work, side projects, or hackathons.
- Strong product instincts and creativity for AI-powered user experiences.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Evidence of exceptional ability or strong trajectory, such as shipped products, rapid career progression, notable open-source contributions, or hackathon wins.
- High agency, entrepreneurial drive, and a record of shipping in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prototype quickly, and iterate on customer feedback.
- Berlin-based and willing to work hybrid or in person with the team.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of 90,000 to 140,000 EUR.
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Berlin, Germany, with expected in-person collaboration.
