Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL/SOSL queries, and custom Salesforce components.
- Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
- Configure Agentforce features including Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Actions, and AI-driven use cases.
- Use Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation.
- Conduct code reviews and unit testing, participate in deployments and production support, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and code quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Significant expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
- Experience with Sales Cloud implementation, Service Cloud implementation, Experience Cloud development, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
- Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, and Agentforce Specialist certifications.
- Experience with Copado or GitHub for CI/CD and advanced Salesforce integration patterns is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certifications are desired.
