Responsibilities
- Design robust and efficient solutions for product roadmap features.
- Own features through coding, deployment, maintenance, and customer support.
- Lead development, conduct code reviews, and drive code quality and testing practices.
- Collaborate on current architecture and propose technical improvements.
- Develop, deploy, test, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Identify and resolve software bugs and provide timely fixes for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor new and junior associates through knowledge sharing and training.
- Identify team skill gaps and help shape future job openings.
- Analyze business requirements, assist with technical design, and develop product expertise.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of software development experience and a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong programming experience with Java/J2EE, microservices, and Spring Boot.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Experience with web technologies, applets, SQL, stored procedures, and RDBMS concepts.
- Warehouse management experience.
- Product maintenance experience involving support teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Java/J2EE, applets, SQL, RDBMS, Git, Jenkins, Checkmarx, AppScan, and SonarQube.
