Responsibilities

Design and enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for fast and reliable test feedback.
Create and lead a team that improves productivity across multiple distributed development teams.
Analyze hardware, software, and workflow bottlenecks, align execution plans with upper management, and perform ROI analysis.
Develop test automation and maintain robust, high-quality infrastructure.
Optimize bottlenecks to improve engineering feedback times.
Automate engineering workflows, including regression detection, branching tools, and static code analyzer enablement.
Collaborate closely with company-wide software engineering teams.
Travel occasionally to the USA or Germany.

Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least three years of experience optimizing performance based on hardware, software, and workflow bottlenecks.
At least one year of experience leading a team.
Experience designing and maintaining a CI/CD system for multiple teams.
Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with TeamCity and Kotlin is desired.
Experience with Docker, AWS, and infrastructure as code is desired.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high energy, and motivation to learn.
Fluency in written and verbal English.

Hybrid work arrangement with three days working from the office and two days working from home.
