Responsibilities
- Improve delivery metrics such as time to market and release frequency.
- Enhance developer experience through better tools and workflows.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, and internal tooling.
- Develop and maintain internal SDKs and reusable components.
- Lead or support R&D and architecture design.
- Investigate production issues and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
- Improve app reliability, performance, and security.
- Strengthen engineering culture and platform expertise.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing iOS applications with Swift.
- Experience with SwiftUI and UIKit in a hybrid UI environment.
- Ability to work with modular project structures, internal SDKs, reusable components, and platform-level tooling.
- Familiarity with Tuist, Fastlane, custom MVI architecture, Combine, CombineFeedback, XCTest, and SwiftLint.
- Experience with GitLab API and maintaining GitLab pipelines is preferred.
- Ability to write and maintain Python automation scripts is preferred.
