Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, configuration, integration, and technical adoption for enterprise customers using Rabbit in GCP environments.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve customer issues involving data anomalies, pipelines, BigQuery costs, and integrations.
- Advise customers on BigQuery reservations, slot management, billing mechanics, and GCP cost strategy.
- Lead technical Q&A sessions, troubleshooting sessions, and hands-on workshops for customer teams.
- Relay customer feedback and field insights to Product and Engineering.
- Build custom solutions when the product does not yet meet a customer need, with the goal of incorporating durable capabilities into the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a hands-on, customer-facing technical role such as Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management.
- Deep BigQuery expertise, including slots, reservations, pricing models, INFORMATION_SCHEMA, and query optimization; this will be tested.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort with backend code in any language for integration, scripting, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with production workloads on Google Cloud.
- Ability to lead technical conversations with enterprise customers independently.
- Fluency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot in real production work.
- Strong autonomy and ownership of customer outcomes in a small team environment.
- Preferred experience includes GCP cost management, FinOps, cloud billing optimization, BigQuery reservation and workload management, and Terraform on GCP.
