Responsibilities
- Support customers in creating business value through AI agent solutions.
- Gather customer requirements and translate them into practical, high-ROI AI agent solutions.
- Design and build AI agent architectures using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Design Copilot prompts and support the scaling and advancement of AI adoption.
- Support the implementation and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Chat.
- Collaborate with business and technical decision-makers, Unified Support sales teams, and Microsoft 365 Copilot presales teams.
- Identify and develop opportunities for additional proposals and expanded customer value.
- Share knowledge and create and reuse delivery assets and intellectual property.
- Provide customer feedback and success examples to internal teams and engineering organizations.
- Maintain technical expertise through ongoing learning in AI agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and change management.
Requirements
- At least five years of practical experience in AI solutions, architecture, consulting, or equivalent practical experience.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency.
- Preferred experience building AI agents with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Copilot Studio or providing technical customer support.
- Preferred knowledge or implementation experience with AI agent platforms from Microsoft and other companies.
- Preferred experience designing and building AI application or AI agent architectures or providing technical support to customers.
- Preferred experience leading projects or teams involving multiple members or departments in application design.
- Longer-term experience in the field is preferred, including a bachelor's degree plus 12 or more years of experience or a master's degree plus 8 or more years of experience.
- Cloud-related technical certifications, including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Google, or security certifications, are preferred.
