Base Salary
$138k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure implementation meets design constraints.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product owners to convert wireframes and requirements into production-ready code.
- Prototype features, gather user feedback, and iterate before full-scale development.
- Review and debug code while maintaining quality, accessibility, performance, security, and resiliency standards.
- Create visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets to support continuous improvement.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, refactoring, and documentation while validating outputs.
- Share responsible AI usage practices and reusable engineering patterns with the broader team.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of GraphQL for AEM content fragments and headless delivery.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Testing expertise with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress or Playwright.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database querying languages.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile development practices.
- Understanding of application resiliency, security, and technical disciplines such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, and related resiliency and security expectations.
- Preferred exposure to AWS and microservices architecture.
- Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurfer is preferred.
