Responsibilities
- Own complex features from product shaping through release and maintenance.
- Help define the roadmap and break it into buildable projects.
- Design scalable backend services, workflows, and web applications.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, customer-facing, and product teams.
- Review code, mentor others, and raise engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and shipping software products from idea through release and maintenance.
- Experience leading projects or teams, designing scalable services, and making technical decisions.
- Ability to work across the software stack and solve problems end to end.
- Experience with or willingness to use Python, React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
