Responsibilities
- Create scalable, distributed backend services for AI-driven applications.
- Build event-driven systems that process large volumes of behavioral data in real time.
- Develop services using Node.js/TypeScript and/or Python.
- Design APIs for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Orchestrate and optimize AI agent-based systems operating at scale.
- Contribute to technical direction, mentor others, and improve platform development and operations.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to deliver production-ready systems.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience with cloud-based systems such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience designing distributed or event-driven architectures, including Kafka or similar technologies.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
- Experience building scalable APIs and microservices.
- Working knowledge of containers and cloud-native delivery approaches.
- Curiosity about how AI-enabled systems scale responsibly.
- Experience with LLMs, AI agent orchestration, RAG, vector databases, or LangChain is a bonus but not required.
