Base Salary
$165k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with teams to support and enhance the trading system.
- Lead the technical design and delivery of greenfield Java projects.
- Analyze engine latency and throughput for performance optimization.
- Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Deliver solutions for global partners across various asset classes.
Requirements
- Experience in brokerage, trading, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Fixed Income and Options asset classes.
- Experience deploying applications within AWS.
- Strong Java fundamentals and knowledge of data structures.
- 5+ years of experience with low latency, high throughput distributed systems.
- Proficiency in multithreading and concurrency in Java.
- Understanding of Java Garbage Collection.
- Ability to write effective unit and integration tests.
- Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of operating system and networking fundamentals.
