Responsibilities
- Own and improve integration flows connecting the proprietary platform, Celigo, NetSuite, and WMS systems.
- Build, test, and deploy reliable and maintainable integration changes with safe rollout practices.
- Develop and support NetSuite integration components, including RESTlets and appropriate SuiteScript.
- Troubleshoot integration failures involving data issues, API behaviour, platform configuration, and edge cases, then implement root-cause fixes.
- Improve integration engineering quality through reusable patterns, documentation, retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and handling of partial failures.
- Support order-to-fulfilment, inventory reconciliation, shipment confirmation, and fulfilment status data flows.
- Collaborate across time zones with the Australia-based Systems team and participate in agreed incident support windows.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on iPaaS integration experience, with Celigo strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of APIs and endpoints, including authentication, payloads, error modes, and rate limits.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite integrations, including RESTlets.
- Experience building and supporting multiple production-grade integrations and owning complex multi-system flows.
- Ability to debug integration issues end-to-end and implement fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Experience with robust error handling, retries, reconciliation, and clear recovery paths.
- Maintainable code and configuration practices, clear documentation, handoffs, and future-proof design.
- Experience integrating with WMS platforms and fulfilment or inventory workflows.
- SuiteScript experience, especially where it supports integration reliability, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and high ownership.
- Interest in building technology in regulated or healthcare-adjacent contexts.
