  • Build, test, and deploy reliable and maintainable integration changes with safe rollout practices.
  • Develop and support NetSuite integration components, including RESTlets and appropriate SuiteScript.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures involving data issues, API behaviour, platform configuration, and edge cases, then implement root-cause fixes.
  • Improve integration engineering quality through reusable patterns, documentation, retries, idempotency, reconciliation, and handling of partial failures.
  • Support order-to-fulfilment, inventory reconciliation, shipment confirmation, and fulfilment status data flows.
  • Collaborate across time zones with the Australia-based Systems team and participate in agreed incident support windows.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on iPaaS integration experience, with Celigo strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and endpoints, including authentication, payloads, error modes, and rate limits.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite integrations, including RESTlets.
  • Experience building and supporting multiple production-grade integrations and owning complex multi-system flows.
  • Ability to debug integration issues end-to-end and implement fixes that prevent recurrence.
  • Experience with robust error handling, retries, reconciliation, and clear recovery paths.
  • Maintainable code and configuration practices, clear documentation, handoffs, and future-proof design.
  • Experience integrating with WMS platforms and fulfilment or inventory workflows.
  • SuiteScript experience, especially where it supports integration reliability, is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and high ownership.
  • Interest in building technology in regulated or healthcare-adjacent contexts.

Benefits

  • UK-based role with a choice of remote or hybrid work; the hybrid setup includes three days per week in the Old Street office.
  • Annual development budget and three days of professional development leave.
  • Employee options program.
  • Private health insurance through Vitality or a monthly wellness allowance.
  • 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave, and the ability to work from anywhere for three weeks each year.
  • Office socials, clubs, after-school sport, and seasonal events.
  • Some collaboration may occur outside standard UK hours, and incidents are handled during agreed support windows.
