Base Salary
$89k - $207k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development and deployment of conversational AI and agentic AI solutions from prototype through production.
- Design multi-agent systems, conversational workflows, and AI-powered customer experience solutions.
- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise APIs, legacy systems, data platforms, and security frameworks.
- Develop evaluation pipelines, observability frameworks, monitoring solutions, and reusable implementation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize agent behavior, reasoning workflows, tool selection, latency, reliability, and scalability.
- Use Terraform and similar Infrastructure as Code tools to automate cloud deployments and networking configurations.
- Partner with customer engineering teams and drive engineering best practices and adoption.
- Provide product improvement recommendations based on recurring implementation patterns.
Requirements
- Experience in software development using Python or similar programming languages.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Expertise designing and deploying AI/ML applications in production environments.
- Experience building full-stack applications integrated with enterprise systems and customer-facing platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, networking, security, system integrations, MLOps, monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience with ReAct, self-reflection, agent orchestration patterns, RAG, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge base integrations.
- Preferred: Experience debugging AI agents, optimizing tool selection, tracing distributed workflows, and supporting high-volume customer-facing production systems.
- Preferred: Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
