Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of the system.
- Drive the technical vision and define implementation approaches for new capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team.
- Own technical decisions and help define implementation strategy.
- Drive planning sessions and ensure delivery milestones are met.
- Translate business requirements into implementable solutions with Business Analysts.
- Create technical specifications, architecture documentation, and implementation plans.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies with stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Support feature discovery and work effectively with evolving requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with .NET and C#; the lead scope requires at least 8 years.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, distributed systems, microservice architectures, design patterns, and modern development practices.
- Experience with event-driven and asynchronous programming, TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Clean Code, SOLID, and Dependency Injection principles.
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English proficiency.
- Lead candidates should have proven software engineering team leadership, architectural decision-making, stakeholder management, mentoring, technical review, and customer collaboration experience.
- Lead candidates should understand AI SDLC practices and AI-native development approaches.
- Nice-to-have experience includes functional programming, Akka.NET or Actor Model frameworks, reactive programming, DSL or Fluent Test DSL, OPC-UA, Live Unit Testing, architectural refactoring, and Angular, React, Vue.js, or modern JavaScript frameworks.
