Responsibilities
- Design and build internal tooling systems for fund movement operations.
- Develop AI-powered workflows to enhance engineering and operational efficiency.
- Write scalable, well-tested code for financial systems.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from design to deployment.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand operational needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews and incident responses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience in designing and building internal tooling or admin platforms.
- Strong technical judgment to identify opportunities and solutions.
- Proven experience delivering impactful end-to-end projects.
- Ability to work across teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
- Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in workflows.
