Responsibilities
- Advise technical leaders, stakeholders, and strategic partners on Graph+GenAI solution architecture and implementation.
- Design, advocate for, and lead deployment of scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Discover customer requirements, assess enterprise data ecosystems, and identify opportunities for graph-based AI.
- Develop, test, deploy, and optimize production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, project scope, prioritization, risk mitigation, and delivery alignment.
- Influence product and marketing roadmaps using customer and field insights.
- Create thought leadership, methodologies, documentation, workshops, and training for internal teams and customers.
- Maintain current knowledge of generative AI trends, technologies, and providers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications across the software development lifecycle.
- At least 2 years of experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and application integration.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and enterprise version-control workflows using tools such as Git or SVN.
- Expertise deploying and scaling applications on AWS, Azure, and GCP, with knowledge of cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of generative AI frameworks and cloud AI platforms, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, and Azure ML.
- Background in data engineering, analytics, or data science, including data pipelines, structured and unstructured data, Hadoop, Spark, Hive, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
- Deep expertise in graph data modeling, Cypher, graph databases such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, and TigerGraph, or triple stores such as Ontotext and Stardog.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagements and strategic discussions.
