Responsibilities
- Build shared services, APIs, and workflows for administrative experiences and integrations.
- Design reliable backend systems for critical business flows.
- Apply AI effectively throughout the software lifecycle.
- Contribute reusable engineering skills and guidance for AI integration.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Own quality through testing, observability, and production issue investigation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend systems and APIs.
- Strong fluency with AI-assisted software delivery.
- Practical understanding of AI-native workflows.
- Experience in Go or a comparable backend language like Java.
- Experience with transactional databases such as Postgres or RDS.
- Comfort with workflow orchestration and operational complexity.
- Strong quality mindset across testing and production ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and a high-ownership approach.
