Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver scalable, reliable software across the stack, including distributed systems and data-driven features.
- Collaborate with product and design to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Use Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to accelerate implementation, testing, and documentation.
- Write clean, testable, efficient code and improve architecture through code reviews and refactoring.
- Contribute to technical strategy and long-term system scalability and health.
- Mentor and collaborate with peers to improve engineering standards and culture.
Requirements
- Typically 6+ years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality applications and features to production.
- Experience designing and building distributed architectures, ideally in AWS, with knowledge of scalability, separation of concerns, and loose coupling.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Strong experience with relational and document-oriented databases, including performance tuning and scaling.
- Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks such as React.
- Familiarity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern code management practices.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship now or in the future.

- Level I annual base salary range of $98,000-$182,000 and Level II annual base salary range of $119,000-$221,000.
