Base Salary
$156k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional services and engineering engagements for CDW customers on major ServiceNow platforms.
- Provide technical oversight across multiple projects and standardize solution and architecture approaches.
- Lead technical deployment engineering with customers, including workload design on public cloud platforms.
- Design automation solutions and implement ServiceNow workflows and pipelines for development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Support presales architects by validating consulting estimates and providing ServiceNow expertise for large deals.
- Conduct customer and industry workshops and training events on ServiceNow and emerging technologies.
- Train and mentor engineers and architects and assist management with technical growth plans.
- Review and approve statements of work and participate in technical candidate screening as needed.
- Oversee team projects, act as an escalation point, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Help develop and mature CDW’s ServiceNow solution practice in response to client and market needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years in large enterprise consulting, or 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in large enterprise consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership, expert technical advice, architecture design expertise, and ServiceNow subject-matter knowledge.
- Experience maintaining client relationships as a trusted advisor and mentoring engineers in project design and coordination.
- Strong communication skills, including making technology recommendations and presenting complex solutions to clients.
- Knowledge of automation, continuous delivery, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and automated testing practices relevant to IT operations.
- Ability to analyze complex systems, workflows, and dependencies and design effective automation solutions.
- Ability to develop IT service offerings, anticipate technology trends, and create value-adding strategies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and remain productive amid change, ambiguity, and risk.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel to CDW locations or client sites.
- Required training and certifications for selected vendors.
