Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable systems handling millions of transactions.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable APIs.
- Develop distributed backend systems using stateless architectures.
- Build event-driven systems using event streaming technologies.
- Develop containerized microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Collaborate in cross-skilled teams and continuously improve software systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, object-oriented concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Expertise in Python and Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience developing distributed backend systems and stateless architectures.
- Proven ability to design and maintain secure and scalable APIs.
- Hands-on experience with event streaming and relational and non-relational datastores.
- Experience with containerization and cloud service providers.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Git, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elastic, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes.
