Base Salary
$144k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for in-app engagement systems.
- Improve reliability and performance of existing systems.
- Guide key architectural decisions as the team scales.
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer content presentation.
- Collaborate with UX teams to manage in-product messaging experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React is a plus.
