Responsibilities
- Build connections between Watershed and client systems and configure the platform for client goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations and write scripts for data connections.
- Analyze complex datasets and create client dashboards and reports.
- Consult with clients on goals, best practices, and learning data ecosystems.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the technology team on product improvements.
- Automate workflows and develop automation and deployment workflows using Jenkins.
- Contribute occasionally to Watershed's core product.
- Build client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and represent the company publicly.
- Train clients to use Watershed effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on programming experience, ideally including Python, REST APIs, data wrangling, and software automation tools.
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role implementing SaaS software, data science, analytics, or reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain data pipelines and system integrations.
- Ability to translate client challenges into actionable technical solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
- Experience with Python and Java.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with learning data, xAPI, SCORM, and JSON is a plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, analytical, ownership, initiative, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
