Responsibilities
- Design and implement computer vision ML models for cloud and on-prem GPU clusters.
- Train and deploy models for semantic segmentation and 4D geometry using aerial survey data.
- Create tools to predict deliverability and facilitate customer onboarding in new environments.
- Establish evaluation and validation infrastructure for model reliability in the field.
- Ship new features or models to production approximately every 6 weeks.
- Lead architectural decisions and experimentation at the Senior level, or roadmap efforts at the Staff level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience for Senior or 8+ years for Staff in deep learning-based perception systems.
- Strong understanding of classical computer vision and modern ML techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CNN, transformer, and foundation-style model architectures.
- An engineering mindset focused on outcomes and prioritization.
- Familiarity with training, data annotation, and evaluation pipelines.
- Experience deploying models in high-stakes robotics or autonomy applications is preferred for Senior and required for Staff.
