Base Salary
$200k - $400k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical build for one to three strategic deals from proof of concept through close and post-close stabilization.
- Drive technical requirements with customers’ engineering and product leaders and build technical champions within their organizations.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks before they threaten a deal.
- Translate feature requests into generalized solutions and durable improvements to the core product.
- Set technical direction, own delivery, and mentor a pod of one to three software engineers per deal.
- Coordinate infrastructure, agent development, model evaluation, research, and reliability work across each deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience in software engineering as a strong engineering leader or former technical founder.
- Strong appetite for customer-facing work.
- Ability to own high-stakes accounts in highly ambiguous environments.
- Ability to assess technical timelines, weigh risks, and make decisions under pressure.
- Experience productionizing agentic systems is a bonus.
