Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end V&V strategy, including automation frameworks, manual verification, and system validation.
- Define and implement V&V plans aligned with development phases, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Architect automation frameworks for UI, API, integration, performance, and cloud execution.
- Drive testing strategies for Azure Cloud services and Kubernetes-based environments.
- Ensure traceability from requirements to tests and evidence for safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory use cases.
- Integrate automation pipelines into CI/CD systems and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor V&V automation engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman, plus REST API automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure Cloud, Azure Kubernetes Services, and Kubernetes concepts.
- Proficiency with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, and automation pipelines.
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and distributed-systems testing.
- Experience with testing methodologies, V&V processes, and system-level validation.
- Ability to lead automation teams and drive V&V initiatives across multiple projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in regulated industries such as rail, medical devices, or industrial automation is preferred.
