Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Build and maintain automated unit, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end tests.
- Support automated builds, CI/CD pipelines, software deployment, and reliable production releases.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, product owners, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects and fixes through automated and manual testing.
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for moderately complex issues in deployed applications.
- Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce applications, tests, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Improve software development, testing, and deployment processes while applying engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional software development experience required.
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce administration required.
- Experience writing automated unit tests and contributing to integration, functional, and regression test automation required.
- Experience with Git-based source control, peer code reviews, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated quality practices required.
- Experience across software development, testing, deployment, and production support required.
- Strong written and oral communication and product documentation skills required.
- Experience with web, API, or mobile test automation tools or frameworks preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React Native mobile applications, including backend-service and API integration, preferred.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations and APIs preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification or another relevant Salesforce certification preferred.
