Responsibilities
- Validate FSA application functionality across desktop, web, cloud-connected, and integrated system environments.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, API, and data validation testing.
- Verify cloud adaptation, migration activities, platform transitions, and framework upgrades.
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
- Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD deployment workflows.
- Perform risk analysis, refine test strategies, and optimize quality processes.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.
- Track and manage defects through their lifecycle, including root-cause analysis and fix validation.
- Support customer validation, release verification, and production issue investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of proven experience in software testing of desktop, web, or enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle concepts.
- Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
- Good knowledge of SQL and database validation techniques.
- Experience with defect management and Agile project management tools.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and quality validation in automated release processes.
- Experience with Git-based development workflows.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills, including log interpretation and root-cause identification.
- Preferred experience with cloud-hosted applications, cloud migrations, API automation, and performance, security, or reliability testing.
- Preferred familiarity with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, and automated quality gates.
- Preferred experience with .NET desktop applications and test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
- Preferred experience with hardware-integrated or automotive diagnostic applications, software compliance, vulnerability validation, release certification, and AI-assisted testing tools.
