Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jobs and operational steps for global sales compensation systems.
- Support sales operations and global commissions teams with tickets, requests, and sales tasks.
- Resolve Varicent application issues in coordination with Varicent administration teams.
- Perform code migrations and deployments and handle access-related issues in accordance with SOX compliance guidelines.
- Understand and support inbound and outbound integrations for compensation systems.
- Conduct detailed analysis and provide data-driven recommendations for sales compensation application systems.
- Perform Closed opties, Open opties, MDM, and Anaplan data pushes and handle assigned requests and incidents.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Varicent experience is required.
- Experience supporting sales compensation applications, integrations, deployments, data processing, and application issues is relevant to the role.
