Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities in the Enterprise segment.
- Lead discovery and design solution approaches in Notion.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate hands-on pilots.
- Guide enterprise security, privacy, and procurement processes.
- Build proof-of-concepts and example workspaces.
- Capture and communicate structured product feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Contribute enablement content for sales and SE teams.
- Document patterns, field learnings, and best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions/Sales Engineer.
- Track record supporting complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong project leadership with the ability to manage multiple evaluations.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-changing environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools.
