Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technical solutions for Azure Government environments aligned with business requirements.
- Create architecture diagrams, design documents, implementation roadmaps, technical standards, and architecture reviews.
- Design secure cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions using Azure services and responsible AI principles.
- Guide engineering teams and ensure solution designs comply with technical, security, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams.
- Evaluate AI use cases and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise solutions.
- Apply DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation approaches.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing solutions in Azure Government environments.
- Knowledge of networking, security, identity, compute, and platform services.
- Experience with Zero Trust, RBAC, MFA, Key Vault, identity integration, and government compliance frameworks including NIST, CMMC, and FedRAMP.
- Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, API Management, AKS, integration services, microservices, event-driven architectures, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Copilot-based solutions, Azure AI services, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong communication, leadership, architecture governance, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Advanced conversational English and Spanish, subject to evaluation.
- Active or previous government program experience, Azure Architect certifications, experience with Azure Gov or GCC High, and large-scale enterprise modernization experience are preferred.
- If residing in Mexico as a foreigner, valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC are required.
