Base Salary
$104k - $183k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver and implement Cúram project solutions for government social services programs.
- Create functional and technical designs for Cúram extensions and configurations, including workflows and rules.
- Translate business problems into technical solutions in collaboration with business clients, technical clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues using the Eclipse framework.
- Develop, code, and unit test Cúram extensions and workflow and rules configurations.
- Design and deploy Cúram modules in JEE environments, including web services, cloud, and security contexts.
- Maintain version controls and develop expertise in Cúram modules including Universal Access, Intelligent Evidence Gathering, Rules, Financials, Workflow, and Batch.
- Build productive relationships with system integration partners, clients, and team members.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technical role delivering and implementing packaged software solutions.
- 5+ years of experience developing with Java, JEE, XML, and UML.
- Professional experience with Cúram software.
- Experience with public-sector health and human services programs such as Medicaid, welfare, food stamps, medical assistance, child protection, or unemployment insurance.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP web-service development.
- Familiarity with modern UI/UX development tools and languages such as React JS and Angular.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably DB2 or Oracle.
- Preferred experience with JEE scalability and performance, application and system security, and cloud application delivery using AWS and/or Azure.
