Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise integration platforms across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Build reusable integration capabilities and integrate enterprise applications and middleware platforms.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate platform deployments.
- Implement API, messaging, managed file transfer, authentication, encryption, certificate, and other security controls.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support platform reliability.
- Drive platform standardization, high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and enterprise operations.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and architecture teams.
- Recommend modernization options and identify new business opportunities while cultivating stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, platform engineering, DevOps, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft/Anypoint Platform, OpenText MFT, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, Solace, IBM DataPower, and/or SAP integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, messaging, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Git, Linux, Python or Bash scripting, and automation.
- Experience with SFTP, FTPS, AS2, PGP, TLS/SSL, mTLS, certificates, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and API security.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, or Ansible experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, security, and enterprise platform operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, customer-focus, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include MuleSoft, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, IBM, Solace, SAP integration, and Terraform certifications.
