Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions and applications.

- Solve complex software engineering problems using original thought and judgment.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Collaborate with software engineers, stakeholders, and clients.
- Contribute to recruitment and the development of people.
- Balance business, technical, and people objectives while taking responsibility for a substantial aspect of the organization’s activity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated extensive experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex environments.
- Strong software engineering expertise, problem-solving ability, and professional judgment.
- Ability to manage difficult and complex situations calmly and professionally.
- Understanding of broader business, commercial, and negotiating principles.
- Ability to provide technical and people leadership and develop long-term client partnerships.
