Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom applications and software components.
- Act as a subject matter expert and coordinate delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to technical problems across immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee implementation of best practices to improve productivity and project quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate communication around project objectives and timelines.
- Manage Salesforce data integration, application architecture, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Data 360.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360 is required.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of data integration and management within Salesforce environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
