Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services involving ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work frequently, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java; experience with additional listed languages and tools is preferred.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
